" Parish Administration"
Parish Administration oversees the daily financial and administrative
functions of the church. These duties
include:

Supervision and evaluation of staff and administration of salaries.

Oversight responsibilities with regard to Church office and office resources
(files, supplies, equipment), to include developing, recommending and
implementing related policies and procedures.

Budget preparation, working in conjunction with the Finance Committee. This takes place in September or
October. Budget includes staff salaries.

Shall be available for any staff concerns.
