" Parish Administration"

Parish Administration oversees the daily financial and administrative functions of the church.  These duties include:

-        Supervision and evaluation of staff and administration of salaries.

-        Oversight responsibilities with regard to Church office and office resources (files, supplies, equipment), to include developing, recommending and implementing related policies and procedures.

-        Budget preparation, working in conjunction with the Finance Committee.  This takes place in September or October.  Budget includes staff salaries.

-        Shall be available for any staff concerns.
